Cake Pickups: a. Pickup Location: Cakes can be picked up at our designated pickup location as indicated during the ordering process. b. Pickup Time: Please ensure that you arrive within the specified pickup window to collect your cake. We are unable to guarantee the freshness and quality of cakes not picked up on time. c. Identification: To collect your cake, please bring a valid form of identification or the order confirmation email for verification purposes. d. Responsibility: Once the cake is picked up, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Please handle the cake with care during transportation to maintain its integrity.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: a. Modifications: Any modifications or changes to your order, such as flavors, sizes, or pickup/delivery details, must be requested within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled pickup or delivery. b. Cancellations: A cancellation is eligible for a 50% refund only if requested within 24 hours of placing the cake order. If the cancellation is made after this 24-hour window, a refund cannot be processed.

Returns & Refunds: All of our Cakes are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop.

Quality Assurance: Cake Quality: Our cakes are freshly baked and made with high-quality ingredients. We take pride in delivering a product that meets our stringent standards. If you have any concerns or issues with the cake, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will address the matter promptly.
